Mark Falzon has over 25 years
industry experience and has detailed knowledge and practical
experience in most sectors of the entertainment industry, commercial,
retail and hospitality sectors. He has won international awards
as a film and television producer and has experience as both
a photographer and photojournalist. He was, from 1998 - 2001
General Manager of the Blue Rock Group, one of Sydney’s largest
event management and catering companies. Since 2001, he has
been Managing Director of the Ark Group which includes five
divisions including financial planning and wealth creation strategies,
mortgage and finance solutions, property research and acquisition,
results focussed marketing solutions, and property education
and procurement services for individuals. In the last seven
years, Mark has overseen the growth of three companies listed
on BRW's Fast 100. Mark has held various positions on public
boards including Chairman and President.

With over 35 years of contact with Fiji including experience of living and working in Fiji and having Fijian
as a language, Lyndon’s knowledge of the country, his contacts and associations have been
invaluable in the development of this project. Commencing his professional career as a mathematics
teacher and tertiary lecturer in Fiji, Lyndon also has over 20 years of successful careers in business
areas of finance, Real estate development and the computer and information technology Industries.
His experience includes General Manager of Pacific Green Industries Limited which is a manufacturing
and export company in Fiji, and a lecturer at a tertiary level in Fiji for 3 years. Lyndon also provides
consultancy services specializing in business strategy and relationships and finance and economic
modeling.

Patrick Donlan

With over 26 years in the steel and construction industry in Australia, Pat brings a wealth of experience
to the company. Pat spent 10 years with BHP in the steel distribution industry in sales and was NSW
State Operations Manager. His own group, The Ripa Group of Companies is involved in consultancy
to the steel industry, heavy engineering and structural fabrication and erection within the commercial
and industrial section in Australia, provision and manufacturing of drilling, mining and tunnelling
industries. His international investment group operates out of Hong Kong with interests in USA, UK,
Australia and now Fiji. Mr Donlan has a Diploma in Business Management, is an accredited trainer and
is qualified in Metal Trades.

Director of Lands and Surveyor General of Fiji, Ministry of Lands and Mineral Resources, Registered
Land Surveyor, Member of the Fiji Institute of Surveyors, Member of the Institution of Surveyors of
Australia, Chairman of the Surveyors Registration Board of Fiji, National Focal Point for Fiji - UNESCAP
- Member of the Inter-governmental Consultative Committee on Mapping, GIS and Remote Sensing
for the Asia and Pacific Region, Member of the Land Conservation Board and Member of the
Government Accommodation Committee. Barma Nand brings a wealth of land survey and
development expertise and experience to the company. He is a registered land surveyor with over 35
years experience in surveying and land management issues. He was responsible for the introduction
of G.P.S. for control surveying in Fiji and has served as divisional surveyor in all four divisions. He has
also supervised major state land developments in Fiji.

Maurice Goldberg is the Executive
Chairman of the Ark Group. In just over a decade, Maurice has
built the Ark Group into one of the fastest growing wealth and
prosperity businesses in Australia. Maurice is an opinion leader
who is regularly quoted by financial broadsheets and business
media because of his innovative and non-traditional approach
to creating wealth for both individuals and businesses. He has
a Bachelor of Architecture, Diploma of Financial Planning, is
a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and Licensed Real Estate
Agent with more than 17 years experience in the financial services
sector. Maurice’s knowledge of the building industry, architecture
and economics ensure that Ark Group is at the cutting edge of
investment and real-estate research and strategy - supporting
financial planners, accountants and other investment professionals
across Australia to go beyond what they think possible.

Jim McKnoulty

Jim McKnoulty is Chairman of Pike Mirls McKnoulty – (PMM Group) employing over 150 staff operating
from offices in Brisbane, on the Gold and Sunshine Coasts and in Papua New Guinea. The Group
practice as Town Planners, Land Surveyors and Aerial Mapping Consultants with a specialist division
focusing on Urban Design for master planned residential communities. Jim is Vice-President of
Greening Australia in Queensland and has worked to establish links between the development
industry and the environment movement to create positive partnerships working to restore natural
environments surrounding Urban Development projects. Jim is Chairman of the Business and
Marketing Portfolio and is Chairman of the committee responsible for building a new vegetation
management centre which will be the headquarters for Greening Australia's operations in
Queensland.
Jim has a passion for sustainable development to guarantee the future of the Queensland
Development Industry and has had a long involvement as a member of the Faculty Advisory
Committee of the School of Planning, Landscape Architecture & Surveying at QUT. He was recently
appointed Adjunct Professor to the School of Design and Built Environment at QUT to provide a
leadership role in Research and Development projects on 3D Visualisation and Sustainable
Development Practices.

Thomasina Ah Ben

Thomasina Ah Ben holds a BSc (Commercial Mathematics) from Queensland University of Technology and a BA (Accounting) from the University of the South Pacific. She is a Member of the Fiji Institute of Accountants. She had held senior positions with Fiji Television Limited, AdTime Ltd and KPMG where she was Assistant Manager in the Business Advisory Division for a period of four years. She has vast experience in the application of International Accounting Principles and Fiji's tax practices. Thomasina was appointed Company Secretary to the company on 27th February 2006.
